  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  2. The product was damaged in transit
  3. The product is expired
  • To request a return or refund:

  2. Send your request within 7 days of receiving the order
  3. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the issue
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved:
  1. You Have to ship the Product To our Marketing address.
  2. After inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product is used, opened, or mishandled
  2. There are stains, broken seals, or damaged labels
